I appear to be getting random summaries translated into Welsh. They were definitely 100% English speakers so no idea why this is happening. Do I have a setting set wrong?
Hello, I bought 2pc of OMI for me and my colleague, but we have 95% conversations in Czech, and the OMI transcript is really the worst I have ever seen for a long time. The text completely doesn’t make a sense. Is it possible to install some app for this, or I should return the OMI back right now? I am very disappointed, because I wait for the device 2,5 months any I pay the VAT and duty fee. And it is useless for me now.
Korean speech is consistently transcribed as foreign-language text, even when Korean is selected. Examples: “Аньон”, “Chicos, mauzórico sale el taller.”

Very happy with the Omi AI product; if I have to mention something negative, it’s that the transcription in my native language (Spanish) doesn’t capture it well and mixes it with English. Other than that, everything is perfect.
A good strategy to get a lot of new and loyal users would be to integrate the Albanian language. The best in the game is shqip.ai because it also detects dialects. Albanian are not a small group anymore, because people only think about Albania and they think it’s not a market that’s worth getting. In reality we easily exceed 10 million, albanians are present in kosovo and other balkan regions, in addition there millions born abroad that have different citizenship but still connected to their roots. We tend to get very loyal when someone values us.
I think it would be very important for OMI to recognize Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR), since this is the variant of Portuguese with the largest number of speakers in the world. I am having some difficulty with the transcriptions because the spelling and linguistic structure between pt-pt and pt-br are slightly different. I would appreciate if you could support this demand.
