Terrible transcript of Czech Language

Hello, I bought 2pc of OMI for me and my colleague, but we have 95% conversations in Czech, and the OMI transcript is really the worst I have ever seen for a long time. The text completely doesn’t make a sense.

Is it possible to install some app for this, or I should return the OMI back right now?

I am very disappointed, because I wait for the device 2,5 months any I pay the VAT and duty fee. And it is useless for me now.
