Just got my Omi’s. Left then charging so I came back to try it, it connected, updated, then stop working. Keeps a white light and won’t turn off neither vibrate. Anyway to reboot it? I have already tried the 20s holy to reboot.
2) Force reboot: press + hold the button for 60 seconds straight, then release.
3) Wait 15 seconds.
4) Power on: press + hold 10 seconds, then release.
5) If it still shows solid white / won’t respond: leave it off the charger until the battery fully dies (LED turns off), then charge and try steps 2–4 again.
If that doesn’t fix it, email help@omi.me with your order # + a short video of the white LED.

Hello, sorry about that. Can you try these steps?
1) Remove Omi from the charger (important).
2) Force reboot: press + hold the button for 60 seconds straight, then release.
3) Wait 15 seconds.
4) Power on: press + hold 10 seconds, then release.
5) If it still shows solid white / won’t respond: leave it off the charger until the battery fully dies (LED turns off), then charge and try steps 2–4 again.
