Subscription Tiers

I purchased the Omi wearable (hasn’t arrived yet).
The help center says the free plan includes 1,200 listening minutes and Unlimited costs $19/month.

However, the app shows only 600 premium minutes and offers an Operator plan for $40/month.

I did find the page on the website where you can buy the “Unlimited “ plan for $199 but I think it is strange you can’t buy it on the app. I also don’t see how I would link this purchase in the app):

Which information is correct? Does my hardware purchase include any subscription benefits, and what are the actual current plans?
