I purchased the OMI 2 Dev Kit just last week, and it’s already a complete disappointment.

  • After paying for the monthly premium subscription, the system started asking me to pay again for a yearly plan.

  • The device is not user-friendly.

  • Keeps pushing multiple subscriptions even after payment.

  • The features shown in ads are not functioning as promised.

This product is NOT working as expected. Don’t waste your money.

I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same frustrating experience.

Omi needs to fix this immediately.

    Omi team has fixed most bugs and the app has improved a lot, most users get a smooth experience by now.

    I believe the issue has been fixed — it was showing up due to a bug, but I’ve already resolved it for you during our email conversation.

    @Veeranna Kiresur sorry to hear you are having issues, what problems are you experiencing other than the issue where you are being asked to upgrade to yearly? Sorry if you are feeling pressured by the app, my understanding is the yearly offer is a discount to upgrade to yearly is that right?

    I'd love to be able to relay to the team what features you are feeling aren't there from the ads so they can address those issues for you and others who may feel the same.
