“Omi collar connection and power issue”

Hello,

I have a problem with my Omi device — the circular gray collar.

I left it charging, and the red light stays on. When I press the button once, nothing happens; when I hold it down, it still does nothing — the red light just remains on continuously.

The app I have installed is Omi AI version 1.0.74 (440) on a Vivo V2203 — Android 12.

The app works fine, but it can’t connect to the Omi device.

It seems like the device is stuck. What should I do?

    Fixed a few days after reported.

    I have the same issue.

    After 2 days of using charged same as usual. Now the light stays red connection is lost. I have it up hanging on the wall waiting for the red light drain out the battery and hopefully recharge after that maybe works again.

    Have you done anything that helps?
