Offline recording

I purchased the device as a personal memory aid because of a few health issues. I immediately set up my Gemini API, but somehow I still reached a limit. I believe this happened because the device is frequently disconnecting and the offline recordings are not being processed through Gemini. This has also caused me to receive a personal use warning and be throttled. All this occurred in under a week. I disconnected the device from my phone while I investigated the issue and now I have even more offline recordings. I don’t see any way to stop them from being processed and I’m really concerned I’m going to end up banned for misuse. How can I route the current backlog to the correct location and how can I prevent this in the future? I’m really unsure how I’m supposed to use the device without holding my phone in my hand all day, which defeats the purpose entirely.
