There's no bulk delete option right now, you have to delete conversations one by one.
Workaround: Use Folders to organize what matters. Star or move your work conversations into a folder, then you can ignore the rest. Also, conversations under a certain length can be auto-hidden — go to Gear icon → Profile → Conversation Display → toggle on "Show Short Conversations" (keep it off to hide the short/junk ones).
Storage-wise, don't worry too much — conversations are stored in the cloud, not on your phone, so they won't eat up your device storage.
