I deeply regret buying this device

I deeply regret buying this device. Paying over €200 for hardware that is basically useless without an extortionate ongoing subscription is unacceptable. The "free tier" they offer is an absolute joke and serves no purpose other than forcing you to pay more money.

On top of that, the actual performance of the device is terrible and does not justify the premium price tag. I feel completely misled. Because of this awful experience and their unfair pricing structure, I have already opened a dispute on PayPal to claim a full refund. Save your money and stay away from this company.
