How to launch apps from Omi

I recently started using Omi and I downloaded some recommended apps and also created some custom ones. I am unable to figure out how to launch these apps. For example, this is what I see when I open an app. There are no apps installed on the phone either. What is the step I am missing

    Apps in Omi don't "launch" like phone apps, they run automatically in the background while your pendant is recording. How it works:

    1. Install an app from the Omi app store (sounds like you already did this)

    2. Have a conversation with your pendant on

    3. Your installed apps process it automatically generating summaries, action items, insights, or whatever functionality it has.

    4. Check the conversation detail to see each app's output

    5. Some apps are conversational only, so you can find them tapping Ask Omi and tapping the puzzle piece icon at the top right.

    For chat-based apps: Go to the Chat tab and select the app from the app selector — you can talk to it directly there.
