Audio files

Every time I sync my audio files it does it in tons of small 1 min files. This leaves me checking a ton of them to find the audio file i am looking for UNLESS the larger file is automatically associated with the correct summary. So far this has not be what I have found so maybe I am doing something wrong. Help!
