Won't upgrade

My model CV 1 is at 3.0.13 firmware.

It constantly wants to upgrade. I keep allowing 3.0.19 and it won't load and won't update. It says it is doing it, it says it completes. The device goes dead for about 3 minutes. Then it comes back and I have to repair and 3.0.13 is still in place. Back to the loop.

This has been unusable for a while.
