Voice only recording
Would like controls to do voice only recording or voice with transcription to make it practical to leave OMI always on and not proliferate transcriptions which I don’t really want or need and then makes it harder to find transcriptions for meetings that I really want.

Hi @David Basila thanks for suggesting this. You can now tap the Live recording-mode control on the Home screen and select Transcribe Later. With your Omi connected, this records audio without generating live transcripts. Your recordings stay on your phone; open one in Conversations and choose Transcribe when you want it turned into a conversation. You can switch back to Live for meetings you want transcribed immediately.
Because untranscribed audio is stored locally, please don’t delete the app before uploading or saving recordings you need. If this gives you the control you were looking for, would you consider leaving Omi an honest App Store rating?
