User initiated tool creation and orchestration

Omi should allow users to initiate the creation of new tools and workflows so high-value ideas, like patentable concepts, can be automatically evaluated, structured, and transformed into reviewable artifacts in a single, coherent flow.

Users need a way to move from “I have an idea” → “I have a validated, reviewable artifact” without becoming domain experts or tool (app) integrators.

It should be:

Intent-driven, not command-driven

Progressive commitment (users can stop or redirect)

Uncertainty surfaced, not hidden

Artifacts over answers

Human-in-the-loop by default

This keeps the system powerful without risk of over-automation.
