Transcription problem

My app is having a hard time transcribing. It keeps getting stuck processing and stays on a blank black screen for 30+ minutes unless you shut the app down and then you loose all the information and nothing is recorded or saved. I definitely don't want to pay for a subscription for an app that can't even do it's basic function. Please fix this bug. Thanks you.
