transcript of speakers problem

In the transcript of a 30 min conversation, showing a number 3 that may refer to the number of speakers, but the text I can see shows only one of them, not all of them. What is the reason? How can I see all the conversation transcripts? also it seems the showing 600 min of recording is more than what i really recorded.?Thanks.
