transcript of speakers problem

In the transcript of a 30 min conversation, showing a number 3 that may refer to the number of speakers, but the text I can see shows only one of them, not all of them. What is the reason? How can I see all the conversation transcripts? also it seems the showing 600 min of recording is more than what i really recorded.?Thanks.

    Thanks, @Ali Sh . Please open the conversation’s Transcript tab and, if available, try Copy Transcript from its menu. Are the other speakers’ words missing there too? If you can play the recording, can you hear those speakers in the audio?

    Please share screenshots showing the “3” and “600 min” labels, plus your phone OS, Omi app version, and the date range selected for the minutes. You can send the conversation link privately so we can investigate without posting its contents here.
