Description:
Toggl Track is a time-tracking platform used to log work sessions by project and task for individuals or teams.

Behavior:
Add a Toggl Track integration with two options:

1. User initiated:

   Let me start and stop a time entry from Omi by voice or chat command.

2. Omi drafted:

   While Omi is listening, detect work sessions from conversation context and generate a real time notification. For example:
   “Did you forget to start your Toggl time entry for XYZ?”
   Prompt the user to Confirm, Edit, or Dismiss before creating the entry in Toggl.

   For ending sessions, use similar confirmation prompts such as:
   “It sounds like you’ve stopped working on XYZ.”
   Prompt the user to Confirm, Edit, or Dismiss before stopping the current Toggl entry.

3. Fallback if real time prompts are not possible:
   Create the entry as a draft by prefixing the title with [OMI Draft] and including a brief description for later manual categorization in Toggl.

Bonus:
Allow selecting a Toggl workspace, project, and description from Omi (or use defaults). Optionally support tagging the time entry with Omi labels.
