The device won't connect to the android app.

It worked before. I’ve had issues trying to update the OMI pendant device. It just stalls after downloading the update and stays there for ever. Now it won't even connect correctly. It says found device then connected but when I tap the connected button, it says not connected… I reset the device with the charger, try again…. Won't connect correctly…
