Tasks Generating Without Prompt

Roll back the changes to chat prompt made on 12/29/2025.

The chat has self authored 119 tasks since going live. None of these came from transcripts. I gave it a generic prompt: "Describe my relationship with my dog." From this singular prompt it generated several tasks such as "Spend 15 minutes with Jack Anthony: Walk, cuddle, or check in." While manually deleting tasks, I came across my verbatim chat messages: "generate my daily summary." Some of these are so off base, I can't even trace them to their source ex: "Plan simple meals for the upcoming days (e.g., mashed potatoes)."

I am not sure what is leading to this behavior. Based on the chat prompt beginning on line 525 (quoted below) my chat messages shouldn't be generating tasks. Also, I think it is remiss to not include language checking for tasks already in existence.
