@neo_original I think this should probably archive not delete or be an option you can set. I wouldn't want them to delete.
But I also think it might be good to have an acceptance flow where they come into some type of inbox, then you check them off as accepted and then they move into your to-do list and you can move them through different custom statuses or at least Todo doing and done.
