Sync page issues on Android.

If Omi thinks it's up to date and there's nothing pending (which often it's wrong on, I've found), it takes you to the all tab when you go to the sync page. This is a problem because there are thousands of recordings, which typically either hang and you have to let it just sit, or it crashes the app altogether. Either never open to that tab automatically, or at a minimum, when you go to that tab, it should not try to load everything. It should load as you scroll or have date filters.
