I am recording a lecture on the web platform and the summary in the conversation tabs is in another language. Two out of the four I did today were in another language.

The summary language is generated by the AI based on the transcription. This can happen when:
Auto language detection is on and misidentifies the lecture language — the AI then summarizes in the wrong language
The lecture contains mixed languages (e.g. technical terms, quotes) which confuses the detection
Fix: → Go to the Omi app → Gear icon → Profile → Language → set your Primary Language to the correct one, and turn OFF "Automatic Translation"
This forces transcription and summaries to stay in your chosen language. Try recording another lecture after changing this and see if the summary comes through in the right language.
