Speech Profile, doesn't finish

I am recording my speech profile, but the percentage marker doesn't advance, stays at 0%. I see my voice transcribed but if I stop after minutes, the only click option I have is skip this question (what question) and it doesn't do anything. So yeah, I can use it much if it doesn't even recognize me?
