Silent multi-day recording loss on Android/Samsung — no "device not syncing" alert (Pro subscriber, 4 days lost)

I wear my Omi pendant all day, every day, and pay for Pro. In September I silently lost 4 full days of recordings, plus 3 more days that captured almost nothing.

My per-day conversation counts (pulled daily via the developer API, dates in KST):

Sep 1: 14 · Sep 2: 30 · Sep 3: 4 · Sep 4: 58 · Sep 5: 3 · **Sep 6: 0** · Sep 7: 18 · Sep 8: 18 · **Sep 9: 0** · **Sep 10: 0** · Sep 11: 6 · **Sep 12: 0** · Sep 13: 7

Sep 9 and 10 were normal weekdays with the device worn all day. This is not a usage gap — it is a sync failure: on Sep 13 at 17:40 KST, **24 conversations suddenly arrived in one batch** after days of nothing, i.e. the phone app had been dead in the background (Samsung battery management) and flushed its backlog only when it came back to life. I saw the identical pattern on Aug 26.

The worst part: **the app never warned me.** No push, no banner, nothing. I only caught it because I run my own API monitoring. The entire promise of this product is "never lose a conversation" — silent multi-day loss with zero alerting breaks that promise at the core.

Two asks:

1. **Alerting (small fix, huge impact): a push notification when the device hasn't synced for N hours.** This one feature would have turned my 4-day loss into a 2-hour loss. Please prioritize it.
2. **Background reliability on Android/Samsung**: the app must either survive OEM battery kills (persistent foreground service + auto-reconnect) or loudly tell the user it has been disabled. Doing neither is a design defect, not an edge case.

If you're affected by silent sync gaps too, please upvote — this is fixable and it protects everyone's data.
