Show Full Speaker List When Opening a Conversation

Problem:

When you open a conversation transcript, there's no quick way to see all the speakers. You have to manually scroll through the whole transcript to find names (aka speaker 1-???) to figure out who needs to be reassigned.

Impact:

Speaker management is incredibly tedious, especially in long transcripts. This creates a ton of friction in a workflow that should be fast and easy.

Request:

When a user opens a conversation, show a popup or panel listing every speaker detected in that conversation. From there, users should be able to click a speaker, see their spoken segments, and mass reassign them, then go back to the list and do the next one. Clean, fast, and most importantly, no endless scrolling.
