You never even shipped my order for 5 days.. I cancelled due to lack of service. If you can’t ship, I’m sure your customer service and product quality is equally terrible. Not sure why you wanted my feedback considering I cancelled my order.

I have similar situation. Since August 10th 2026 (since 3 weeks) I wait the items to be shipped.
