Replacement device?

had my Omi consumer pendant for ~1 month. It shows purple → red → flashing red/blue/green on boot, and in the app the battery reads 100% at startup then instantly drops to 1%. It cycles blue/green even while plugged in and the battery percentage doesn’t increase properly. I’ve tried multiple chargers/cables, restarted the device and app, and followed the docs—still broken.Can you please (a) replace the pendant under warranty and (b) either move my unlimited plan to the new device or refund me for the plan if we can’t get working hardware?
