Please put a prominent, simple tab on the app for”change to second language”, with option in setup to fix the frequently used second language.

    You can also set your app to multilingual mode, so it will automatically transcribe in the 10 most widely spoken languages and provide translations.

    Go to Settings > Profile > Language.
