Push Notification Reminders based on time and location

For this to act like an assistant, it would need the ability to add push notification reminders based on times or locations. If in a conversation or throughout the day I say “Remind me to feed the dog tomorrow at 9am" - at 9am getting a reminder notification would be incredible. Same with location based ie. “When I get to work remind me to email John"
