Problems with Offline Synchronisation

I’m using the Limitless Pendent. Since a few weeks, it’s getting so difficult with the offline synchronisation. At first it was nearly impossible to connect the pendant with the app, but this seems to be solve already.

What I have to mention here is that while dependent has Bluetooth connection the app takes a long long time to also connect the app to the pendant.

Additionally, when the app is not open and the audio stored on the device as soon as I connect the device to the app later and I have their eight hours of audio the transfer to the app works just as fine. The problem is with the processing of this audio. I'm having a lot of trouble with it because it often shows their processing on server and then sending audios but all of the audios are stored inside the cloud and not on the mobile device and then very often a lot of all yours are skipping and are not processed. So eight hours audio is processing since 48 hours.

Another very big issue was when I still had around 250+ files and suddenly from one day to the other day all of these files were gone from the cloud and are not processed.
