Problem , need urgent help/ replacement of my omi neckless

After updating my iPhone to iOS [version], my Omi necklace went from working flawlessly to delayed and incomplete transcripts.

Test conditions:

– Quiet room, necklace close to mouth

– On Wi‑Fi

– Short clear test sentence

Behavior:

– Text appears several seconds late

– Sentences are often cut off mid‑way (incomplete), which didn’t happen before the iOS update.

I’ve already:

– Re‑enabled mic & Bluetooth permissions

– Forgotten & re‑paired in both iOS and the Omi app

– Restarted phone & device

Since hardware clearly works but performance regressed after iOS, is this a known issue with this iOS version, and is there a fix or update planned?

Earlier omi neckless used to work flawlessly

But now i am very sad
