Playing recording of transcript - incorrect recording

When I go to a transcript and try to play the audio from the web app. It does not always consistently play the audio that matches with the transcript.

The current transcript says there is a recording but when you play it, there is sound on the recording but no spoken words, so I am thinking it is linked to the wrong recording perhaps.

(I have not been able to play the audio on iOS and I don’t see the ability to play them on the macOS app either)
