Improve playback: play segments, web app playback, easier audio navigation

I’d love to more easily play segments of audio in the mobile app. Additionally, I can’t playback the audio in the desktop app.

1. Allow for playback on individual “segments” in the mobile + desktop app, so I can more accurately label a speaker if I want.

2. Improve the “playback” scrubber/track control in the mobile app. Its super narrow and really hard to scrub through since there is not control to listen to individual segments. Basically I can’t narrow down to listening to a specific timestamp easily.

Limitless had a nice approach to this, but also the new Web app beta (https://home.omi.me) y’all launched, has the start of something that could be used as well! I just need it to let me play a selected segment. Thank you!
