I just paid for the monthly plan. Gave my Android phone all the permissions that I was prompt and when I try to record a call it keeps saying reconnecting transcribing reconnecting transcribing and it never does anything

It's a +1 ( USA ) number, yes it's still happening and I found the support email and submitted an email ticket as well. I found that email after I submitted here.
