Pendant not charging or glitch in the firmware or software

“My consumer pendant shows purple → red → flashing red/blue/green on boot. In the app the battery reads 100% right after turning on, then instantly drops to 1%. I’ve tried multiple chargers/cables and restarting both the app and device, but it never shows a stable charging state. Can you help replace or repair this unit?”
