I’ve been waiting for my delivery since August 10th, which means the items still haven’t been shipped after more than three weeks. Is anyone else experiencing the same delay?
I ordered and paid for an additional wrist band. In your email of 14 August, you also told me that one wrist band was already included with the Omi device.
However, when the Omi arrived on September 7th, there was no wrist band in the package at all.
I informed you about this on 7 September and asked for the missing wrist band to be sent urgently. It has now been 9 days and I have not received any reply.
Please arrange shipment of the missing wrist band as soon as possible and send me the tracking information.
