Option to choose summary language independently from conversation language

One enhancement that would be super helpful is the ability to set the summary output language separately from the conversation detection.

Specifically:

• Enable a user setting like
  “Summarize in:” [Auto (default) / English / Chinese / others]

• This would allow, for example, English summaries even when conversations contain mostly Chinese or mixed Chinese-English speech.

• Great for users working with bilingual content or multilingual meetings who want consistent English summaries for easier sharing and processing.

Thanks for considering this! It would fit nicely with the Omi vision of universal conversation understanding.
