Online transcription lost :(

Following up on my previous report regarding lost offline recordings, I am writing to report a critical failure with an online recording.

I was shocked to witness that even while Omi maintained a solid blue light throughout the session, the recording has completely disappeared. After double-clicking to finalize the transcript, the app has been stuck on "Processing..." indefinitely, and the data is nowhere to be found.

I am devastated by this loss; I assumed that live transcriptions visible on the Omi homepage would be secure. It is deeply concerning that even "safe" online recordings are now failing to save. Is there any way to retrieve this "Processing" session, and why is the system failing to commit these live transcripts to the history?
