Omi Won’t Work Properly

Initially, I had a Deepgram bring your own key set up in the Omi app and it worked for a little while. When my Omi wearable device arrived, I connected it and it seemed to work sometimes. Transcription would work sometimes and not others. Right now it seems to work when using cellular data but not with Wi-Fi on any network and enabling a VPN doesn’t change this either. In hopes that it may work better if I subscribed, I signed up to Omi Monthly Unlimited. Unfortunately, this did not make any noticeable difference. The problem persists with the Omi transcription selected, and with the Omi Parakeet transcription selected. Some functions of the device and app seem to have become more consistent after I went in and deleted my personal Deepgram key even though the app was not set to use Deepgram with a personal key any longer. I’m not sure if the Omi device or the Omi app is the problem, but I have spent most of my free time trying to make this thing work over the last week. Is there some way I can wipe reset all of the settings of the app so my Omi Unlimited Subscription with prior recordings and transcriptions retained?
