Omi won’t charge but shows charging LEDs

Firmware: 3.0.7

Model: Omi CV 1

• Omi is off

• Press the button

• Omi turns on after 6 seconds

• Omi lights up red and then blue (connected to the app)

• Plug in the charger

• Omi flashes blue and green

• Omi turns off after 14 seconds

In general, Omi turns off again 14 seconds after being turned on.

The battery level is at 1% and regardless of whether Omi is charging or not, it turns off. While Omi is off, it does not continue charging.

A few hours ago, Omi stayed on longer than just 14 seconds.

However, even after charging for 10 minutes, the battery level remained at 1%.

Regardless of whether I use a 120W power adapter, my MacBook, or my cell phone to charge it, Omi no longer charges.

It indicates that it’s charging, cause it flashes green and blue in a 1s period, but the battery percentage does not change and it keeps turning itself off again.
