Omi Watch Band missing Locking Screws. No resolution from support!

I'm an Omi customer and have been really excited about the product, but I've been struggling with an issue that I haven't been able to get resolved through customer support.

I purchased the Omi pendant along with the watch band. Unfortunately, the pendant does not stay securely attached to the band. After contacting support, I was told the watch band was supposed to include locking screws and that a replacement would be sent. I waited nearly two weeks, but the replacement arrived with the exact same issueβ€”no locking screws, just another identical watch band.

I've tried following up with the support team, but responses have been very slow, and I don't feel the issue is being understood or resolved.

I'm reaching out in the hope that someone on the Omi team can help get this addressed. I love the concept behind Omi and would really like to use it as intended, but at the moment I can't wear it securely. I am paying $20 a month subscription and have not been able to use it for over a month

If you could point me to someone who can help resolve this, I would sincerely appreciate it.
