I'm an Omi customer and have been really excited about the product, but I've been struggling with an issue that I haven't been able to get resolved through customer support.
I purchased the Omi pendant along with the watch band. Unfortunately, the pendant does not stay securely attached to the band. After contacting support, I was told the watch band was supposed to include locking screws and that a replacement would be sent. I waited nearly two weeks, but the replacement arrived with the exact same issueβno locking screws, just another identical watch band.
I've tried following up with the support team, but responses have been very slow, and I don't feel the issue is being understood or resolved.
I'm reaching out in the hope that someone on the Omi team can help get this addressed. I love the concept behind Omi and would really like to use it as intended, but at the moment I can't wear it securely. I am paying $20 a month subscription and have not been able to use it for over a month
If you could point me to someone who can help resolve this, I would sincerely appreciate it.
