Omi presenting error trying to transcribe audio during daily recap

As the title says, I transcribe audio for ease of use during my daily recap. Omi ran into an error during one of my recaps and only provides me the option to retry the transcription, which only leads to the same error. I am no longer able to chat with omi. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, that previous transcription is still cached in omis system only giving me the option to attempt to retry transcribing. I have not tried resetting the chat because that chat has been accumulating for over a month now and I do not want to lose the progress I have made. Thank you.
