OMI pendant function - glitch???

I have 2 Omi pendants now. They both behave exactly the same when it comes to the CLICK, or PRESS feature/function - it’s completely INCONSISTENT in the responsiveness. If it’s OFF, I try everything from quick press, press and hold, press several times, try to wait for a buzz, and sometimes, NOTHING. No response. Then all of sudden it turns on. When on the go, busy, multitasking, this becomes a real issue and you can’t get it to turn on, or off, or go BLUE.

Yes, I’ve reset, and tried with app open, closed, pretty much everything. Is this a glitch?? The pendant should respond with ONE CLICK. Period. On/off. Can you advise? BTW, is there no actual SUPPORT EMAIL to submit requests? When emailing support@omi.me I’m getting those returned undeliverable…
