Omi Not Distinguishing Voices

All of my conversations appear as a one-speaker monologue. It does not differentiate between different voices - even those that are vastly different, like when I am talking with my kids. I have reprocessed the audio and done the “onboarding” voice recognition guide multiple times without any luck.

This has caused me to desommission my Omi pendant until this improves.
