Omi Glass Dev Kit NOT here! SHOP sucks!

That whole Shop app debacle has hit again. Once again the Shop app has gotten it wrong. I think this is the 4th or 5th time they have screwed up my order handling.

I ordered the Omi Glass Dev Kit and Shop gave me a tracking number I’ve been checking daily. I was so excited that it was coming today.

I heard the USPS vehicle stop at my mailbox and almost immediately received a notification that it had been delivered only to find that it was NOT the Omi Glass Dev Kit that I ordered, but a water filter I ordered from AliExpress weeks ago.

So where is it?

How can they get this wrong?
