Omi do NOT respond for faulty devices.

Had an Omi device delivered 11th October. Stopped charging 5 days later. Contacted support and got their Ai bot (which is terrible), and no response from any human, and no RMA, no service, no support.

Here’s my suggestion - provide basic support to actual customers!
