Omi device not capturing anything anymore.

I wear it daily and sync to 2 different phones and it still isn't working. It will say listening while connected to one phone but nothing comes through. Keeps disconnecting from the other phone. Paid for the unlimited subscription but haven't gotten anything recorded in a week. Numerous meetings missed that we're vital and I shouldn't have to always have another recorder on.

Help please!
