You need to say in large text that it is NOT WATER RESISTANT !! Shame, waiting for 2 weeks , after quick shower it just broke… who does something non water resistance nowadays!? You wear it naturally on neck…
Hi @Yuriy Voznesenskiy I’m sorry your pendant stopped working after a shower, especially after you waited two weeks for it. You’re right that this limitation needs to be much clearer for a device worn around the neck. The Omi pendant is not water-resistant and should not be worn in the shower. Please leave the damaged device unplugged.
If you still need help with it, please send your order number and a photo to help@omi.me, mentioning this request, so the hardware team can review your options privately. We’ll also review how prominently the water warning appears before purchase and during setup.
