No Omi to be found after months

Could someone please get in contact with me?

I ordered the devkit 4-5 months ago, never seen it, seems to be stuck in California, and the real product is also not to be found yet, even if is says it’s shipping.

Please let me know.

    Hello Martin, when did you received your Omi ? I am waiting for my order since August 10th (3 weeks) to be shipped.

    Hi Martin,

    Regarding order 7306, it looks like the shipping company misplaced it. I’ve placed a replacement order for you with the ID 9212—you should receive a confirmation email shortly, and it should be fulfilled within the next 24–48 hours.

    As for order 7051, it’s a preorder of the Omi device. We started shipping preorders last month and have shipped 3 batches so far. Orders are being shipped in batches based on the order date, and the next batch is expected to go out in about 2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.
