New Omi CV1 Stuck on purple light (red + blue on)

My Omi is stuck on a purple/pink light as soon as it's connected to the charger; it doesn't respond to power off and doesn't respond to the button.

I've already let it discharge 100% until it completely turned off, but when I connect it to the charger, it starts up with the purple/pink light and doesn't change.

I tried to reset it by holding the button while plugging it into the charger; the LED turns off for a few seconds and then returns to purple/pink. Only once did it switch from purple/pink to red and blue (pairing); I paired it and updated it, but as soon as I went to charge it again, it got stuck on this purple/pink light, and now I can't get it to work again.

I need help.
